If I could give zero stars, I would.
I've been living here for three months, and let me tell you, this condominium has absolutely no security. If you happen to have a motorcycle, I recommend you put a thousand chains and locks on it because every day, vans come in at night and steal one. When my motorcycle was stolen, nobody gives you any answers, not the head of security, nor Mrs. Teresa, who calmly tells you she knows nothing about what's going on in this condominium. It's that simple: nobody knows anything. What a terrible experience I've had in such a short time. I'm traumatized, honestly, by all this. I've had to buy cameras and install them to monitor my car.
The security guards they hire at the condominium gate are old people who should just go home and rest and not be responsible for who comes and goes because they can't even manage themselves. All they know how to do is drive around in their little cars.
This condominium needs more security and better organization regarding public access and all those criminals who come in to steal motorcycles. They open the gates for them as if they were hired by the owners, and the same goes for the tow truck that takes away cars, leaving you to pay to get yours back.
If you want to be traumatized, go ahead, they offer you a good deal when you rent...
