Eclipse on Madison

Eclipse has the best location and amenities, and is always clean. The staff is friendly, kind, and helpful. Nathan, Nicole, Andrew, and the rest of the Eclipse team really get to know the residents and throw the best events. Nathan is a great GM who truly cares, and Andrew always takes care of any maintenance issues right away. Would highly recommend this apartment!

I have lived at Eclipse for a year now, and am going into my second year living here and it has been the best experience living away from home. The management team is very welcoming and helpful for all concerns you may have with the moving in process or if your unit has any issues. We never waited much longer than a few days anytime we had an issue, so they’re quite prompt. Nathan in particular made a special impact, ensuring I had a seamless transition. He always checked in and was readily available anytime I had a question or concern. It is his hospitality that helped me decide that I would return to this housing unit to stay for another year. Overall, great location, great people, and a great place to live being a student far from home.

I've been at Eclipse for 3 years and I have loved every second of it! Thinking about moving out after I graduate is such a sad thought. Eclipse has become my home away from home in such a short amount of time, thanks to the staff- specifically Nathan and Andrew! Nathan is the best general manager I think Eclipse has ever had. He came in and instantly grew relationships with all residents. I always look forward to coming back from class, stopping by the leasing office for a little, and talking to Nathan about our favorite tv shows and music. He completely refreshed our amenities and added so many new fun items that every resident uses. We finally have a StairMaster in the gym now and such an aesthetic hangout spot on the sky lounge to watch games or play pool. You can tell he listens to what the residents want, and makes sure it happens! Andrew is so helpful, hardworking, and cares for all his residents. Whenever I put in maintenance requests, he comes right away! On behalf of everyone at Eclipse (because I know they all agree), we LOVE Nathan and Andrew! Thank you!!!

I’ve had a great experience living at Eclipse on Madison and would absolutely recommend it to anyone looking for an apartment in Tallahassee. It is a great location with just a short walk to FSU’s campus and CollegeTown making it very convenient for both classes and going out with friends. What really sets Eclipse apart is the people. Nicole and the property manager, Nathan, have always been friendly, helpful, and genuinely care about the residents. Andrew from the maintenance team is also fantastic he’s EXTREMELY quick to respond, knowledgeable, and always gets the job done! The community is another huge plus. Eclipse regularly hosts resident events that make it easy to meet people and create a welcoming atmosphere. Between the amazing staff, maintenance, unbeatable location, and strong sense of community, I couldn’t be happier with my experience. I highly recommend Eclipse on Madison to any student for a great place to live!

I have lived at Eclipse for 2 years and absolutely loved it! The staff is all so wonderful and caring. The location is perfect (2 blocks from all of the activities but a bit removed from the noise) and the apartment complex itself is smaller and more peaceful than the other Collegetown apartments. If I hadn’t graduated this year I would have re-signed in a heartbeat!
