An excellent place—well-located, organized, and responsive to needs. The facilities are good and secure, and the service regarding leasing and moving is excellent. The apartments are spacious and include a balcony and parking.

I had a wonderful time touring Capital Place at Southwood Apartments with Alexis. She was very welcoming, professional, and had such a pleasant personality. She made the tour enjoyable and answered all of our questions. Thank you again, Alexis.

I normally do not leave reviews, but the customer service experience I had here was extremely disappointing and unprofessional. I came in regarding a missing check and was told I would receive a callback within the hour. Hours passed and I never received one, so I returned to the office only to find the doors locked while staff were still inside. When I was finally acknowledged, the employee at the desk was wearing an AirPod, eating chips behind the desk, and repeatedly saying she had “no clearance” to provide any information and that only the manager could help me. I was then told the manager was supposedly on lunch and unavailable. However, after I expressed frustration over the situation and lack of professionalism, I was suddenly transferred to the manager immediately. The entire experience felt dismissive and poorly handled. Communication, professionalism, and customer service seriously need improvement.

Just moved in and I love it. Sylvia is the best and she seemed to actually care, which was a nice change from other apt complex mgrs I had dealt with in the area. Pool area is very nice and lots of open areas for your pets.

I just moved into Capital Place. I will limit my review to my lease and move in process! My experience has been very positive, the quality of the apartment and amenities are great! A especial thanks to the manager, Sylvia. She made the leasing process incredibly smooth and went above and beyond to accommodate my needs. I’m truly grateful for having the help of someone so empathetic and kind as Sylvia.
