Ashton Place

I would not recommend living here. My apartment has had a serious rat problem, and despite reporting it to the landlord multiple times, nothing has been properly done to fix it. They only made a temporary repair, but the rats are still getting into my apartment through other holes. Everyone deserves to live in a clean and safe home, and it’s very frustrating to keep dealing with this issue without a permanent solution. I hope management starts taking tenants’ concerns seriously and addresses these problems instead of providing temporary fixes.

They basically have turnt the places black peoples need until student housing apartments , The lady on the phone told me I wasn’t who I said I was I’ve had a sex change so she told me I wasn’t the person I said I was she was very rude , she told me one then and denied me for another , if you are looking for somewhere that’s for you & your little family or to be a non college student ? This is not the place to be I felt really horrible after I hung up the phone & still didn’t find a place . I picked this place because I seen on the Reviews They accept the LGBQT community but I didn’t feel accepted .

I’ve been staying at Ashton for the last year and I have had a good experience. The office is helpful with maintenance issues or any concerns. I enjoy the community overall. Ariel does a fantastic job
