Arbor View Apartments

Lived here for two years during law school and loved it. Super quiet compared to student living, and a much more reasonable price. Never had any issues. Everyone in the office is super helpful, and all our maintenance requests were handled quickly. Would recommend Arbor View to any grad students or young professionals looking for a nice place in Tallahassee.

I have lived at Arbor View for almost 5 years and I love it! It really is my home. The property is clean, well kept, and quiet. Management (Kaitlyn and Haidyn) always plan fun things for residents and respond to issues kindly and promptly. Taking care of maintenance issues is super easy, and the guys are friendly. They even came out on a weekend super quickly when I had a toilet overflow. Love you, Arbor View!

I have lived on this property for 7 years. And let me just say what a horrible experience it has been for me upon my move out. Don’t be fooled by free Chick-Filet-A food they provide for you while you are a resident there. Once you move out it’s not that pleasant anymore. They will hit you with new carpet replacement charges claiming due to pet urine (if you have a pet) without showing any proof of it actually being dog urine. Because it looks like dog urine doesn’t mean it’s dog urine. But they can do that to you simply because they know you had a dog. Apartments there are not in the best condition, and yet they raise your rent every year without adding any value to them. AC units don’t work properly most of the time which increases your monthly electric bill on top of high rent. Oh, and let me add the water meter leaks and leaking toilets as well that will add additional $100 water bill a month. When you address the issue with the leasing office they try to blame it on City Of Tallahassee for the leak, and the City, in turn, blames it on the apartment complex. So here you are, stuck paying the bill until it gets resolved. Annoying as hell. And the fact that residents there smoke weed and you can smell it in your apartment, is absolutely disgusting. Would not recommend this place to anyone. Do yourself a favor and go look somewhere else to live.

I have lived at arbor view for a year and a half and I can honestly say they are great and thoughtful. The property is always kept, the staff is so kind, and if there is anything that needs to be fixed they are super quick. We will most likely live here until we buy a home.

Arbor View is a beautiful and safe community. I love the pond and walking space around it. The staff at the office are extremely helpful and address maintenance requests immediately. Weekly cleaning takes place which keeps the community clean. The pool area, newly renovated gym, monthly food trucks are an added bonus 😀
