Arbor Crossing at Buck Lake

I have been so impressed with my experience at Arbor Crossing at Buck Lake! From the very beginning, the staff has been friendly, welcoming, and genuinely helpful. Maintenance has also been outstanding—responsive, professional, and quick to address any concerns. After coming from a community where service and maintenance were often frustrating, the difference has been night and day. It is such a relief to live somewhere that truly cares about its residents and takes pride in the community. I am very happy with my decision to move here and would highly recommend Arbor Crossing at Buck Lake!

We moved in yesterday! Obviously this property is in a prime location with Walmart, Costco, Dollar Tree and the Cinemas a stone’s throw away! The unit I moved into is fabulous and very neat at move in. What impressed me and my wife more than the all of the above is their management team of Bri, Jadyn and everyone else. They were patient with all the questions we had and knew the answers. They also definitely care a lot about their residents / we were pleasantly surprised to see a Pizza, some pops and lots of goodies when we moved in. Maintenance team is also willing to put up our TVs etc. location and unit is awesome but this management team makes this place awesome-er!

I’ve had a wonderful experience living here from the very first day my family and I moved in and our interaction with the front office. The community truly goes above and beyond to make residents feel welcome. They host plenty of fun events that bring everyone together, and the entire property is always clean and well maintained. The amenities overall are fantastic, but what really stands out is the communication. The front office team responds quickly to any concerns or maintenance requests, keeps residents updated, and is consistently friendly and helpful. The front office staff makes every interaction easy and pleasant. Moving here from out of state was a big transition for us, and this has truly been the perfect place to land.

Best place I have ever lived. Great, quiet and safe community. Good environment for children as well as that retirement phase of life. Highly recommend if you like peace and quiet.
