Arbor Blvd @ Canopy

I lived at Arbor Blvd for 2 years and thoroughly enjoyed it! The office staff is so nice and extremely helpful. Maintenance is quick for both emergency and non emergent repairs. I never waited more than 24 hours for a problem to be addressed. The apartments are newer which means less wear and tear but I will say they do seem quickly constructed so there’s concern they might not hold up well over the years. Pest control was effective (shout out Adam from Orkin). I did see the occasional bugs inside during the first year of my stay (at first it was ants and then the occasional roach or silverfish) but pest control sprayed and I never had repeated issues. It also seemed this problem died down a lot when there were less people moving in (I moved in when it was first opening up). Most likely bugs were coming from moving trucks. Wasps outside are very common on your balcony but pest control will spray and knock them down for you. I kept them up as I never got stung or bothered by the wasps (not at all aggressive). There were a couple instances of smelling marijuana outside despite the office staff notifying residents of the policy. Noting major though and it really depends on your tolerance as to whether or not that bothers you. I would say the noise level is nothing out of the ordinary for an apartment. You can definitely hear someone if they run up and down the stairs and if a fire alarm goes off, but it’s unreasonable to expect a community space to be silent. I was given very thorough eye exams (tests). I imagine that the eyes were being tested to determine their viability for laser treatment to relieve a glaucoma problem. The next step is to have a surgical/laser procedure to relieve the glaucoma.

Extremely convenient location, inviting appearance, and an excellent staff that is more than accommodating.
