Resumen de reseñas con IA
While the property offers spacious apartments and a central location that many residents appreciate, the overall living experience seems to be quite inconsistent. Many students highlight positive interactions with individual staff members who are described as friendly, helpful, and responsive to requests, particularly regarding maintenance and the leasing process. However, common frustrations include issues with unreturned security deposits, hidden fees that make rent higher than advertised, and a frequent turnover in management. Additionally, a significant number of residents report ongoing problems with maintenance, including slow resolution of work orders, pest infestations, plumbing issues, and concerns about the cleanliness and upkeep of common areas like the pool and laundry facilities.

A BIG THANK YOU! to the team at Acasa (Mallory, Z & Anthony). Anthony was great assisting me with the application process. He updated me through it all. Z was very helpful with assisting me and making sure I had the correct documents through the process. I can’t forget about Ms. Mallory. Soon as I met her, energy was everything. She was great at making sure the entire process in general went smoothly on both ends. The office staff makes a great team!! I’m looking forward to enjoying my apartment at Acasa.
