The apartments are very nice, and the management is responsive. Overall a good setup and great location.

This apartment complex is really nice. Rooms are big and spacious. Neighborhood is quiet and it’s a great location. Everything is well maintained and clean.

I was really excited to try to move here, however, this complex is a joke. I scheduled a tour with someone from Benchmark for 12/23/2021 at 10:30 AM, a week ago. 12/23 arrives, I arrive to the complex and called to confirm who I'm meeting. A very rude lady stated I'd be meeting Sarah, then recanted what she said and said that there are no showings on the calendar..... when I definitely schedule one a week ago... so at this point I have wasted time and gas and I am annoyed and irritated. She stated there would be no showings until next Tuesday. Fast forward, I calm down and I call back about 3 or 4 hours later and the same rude lady stated there isn't any availability at all now.... but that's not what you said this morning ma'am. A complete joke, unprofessional, and plain stupid.
