4050 Lofts

I really enjoyed living at 40Fifty Lofts last year. The loft style apartments are beautiful and the 10 foot ceilings make the space feel open and bright. I also love the concrete floors because they look modern and are very easy to keep clean. The apartments feel nicely upgraded and the bedrooms have plenty of space so the layout never feels cramped. Parking has also been really convenient since there is a lot of it and it is usually easy to find a spot close to your unit, plus there is plenty of visitor parking which makes it easy when friends or family come by. Maintenance has always been reliable and requests are typically taken care of within about 24 to 48 hours. The best part about living here though is definitely the office staff. Ella, Jacob, Hannah, Mason and Taryn are all wonderful leasing professionals/front office staff who are always friendly, attentive and happy to help whenever you need something. I want to give an extra shoutout to Ella for how hard she works because she truly goes above and beyond for residents. The community also does a great job hosting resident events like pool parties, casino nights and holiday pop ups which make it fun to meet neighbors and feel part of the community. The location is another big plus since it is super close to USF and having Bulls Market right next door is perfect when you want to grab a late night snack or a sweet treat. I also want to recognize the managers Jere, Kedar and Caraline who keep everything running smoothly and always handle residents with kindness and professionalism. Overall I have had a really positive experience living here and would definitely recommend it.

I am a parent of a student that lives there and she found bed bugs on her bed. The lease agreement states that if you come across bed bugs, notify them immediately. She does and they say that the maintenance person isn't there until Monday. How is someone supposed to sleep on a bed when you know they are on there?That should be a pretty high priority. It's so quickly dismissed if you aren't dealing with it. I'm actually upset that I heard she slept in the bathtub. I realize that some things can wait, but bed bugs, no way.

Everyone in the main office is super friendly and helpful! I love the 24 hr gym and the different perks that come with living here. My favorite has got to be the Grab and Go breakfast days and the goodie bags they make for the residents. The units are clean and spacious! Overall, I’ve had an amazing experience living at 4050!

Renewed my lease for a third year. Staff is extremely nice and always willing to help with any needs and maintenance is always pretty quick and good. Costs are by far some of the most affordable in the area. This place is great for students and always has fun events and useful benefits as a resident and the amenities are great as well!

I am a junior at USF and I feel like 4050 is a great option for students looking for decent affordable housing. Most of the apartments that are more expensive have a lot of amenities that you probably won’t even use and have smaller rooms. Although I would like more security around the buildings and for the bedrooms themselves, I think you get your money’s worth at 4050. Maintenance has always been quick and friendly, we get 2 nice-sized pools, a gym, study rooms, and a lot of visitor parking. My bedroom has 2 good-sized closets with mirror doors and came with its own TV! I recommend 4050 to my friends because, although it doesn’t have the same modern look as the newer apartments, everything else is basically the same.
