I'm so disappointed with this complex, which my husband and I moved back to! In eight months, it's changed drastically. What used to be an exclusive complex has seen a significant drop in maintenance, cleanliness, and rules. Now, the pool is used until 11 pm, and that means shouting and noise. The neighbors next door seem to have forgotten that midnight is a time to sleep and keep quiet. They even do repairs at 2 am. And let's not forget my upstairs neighbor who throws his dog's urine on my balcony every single day. What a change this building has undergone! It used to be so pleasant to live here, and especially when they enforced the rules.

Extremely grateful to the office staff, very attentive, and the apartment was very cozy!
