10X Harbour Bay

I moved here last june of 2025 the complex is quiet well maintained and is safe which is great. The staff is friendly as well the only issue i have is the front gate to the pool has been broken since i moved in. I know the pool had to have repairs which has been completed for sometime now but the front gate is still broken saying to use the dog park the dog park has stairs which is hard for my family as one of them has a disability and make stairs hard to use but still enjoys putting feet in the pool and gets help to get in and out of the pool but needs the main entrance for the wheelchair or walkers. The pool is the the only amenity here and would be nice for tenants with mobility issues to be able to get to the pool. I hope its fixed soon since its getting hot out again otherwise i don't have any other complaints.

I'm very happy with the prompt maintenance service. Today I had the pleasure of talking with Chris who did an outstanding job correcting my issues. The first thing I need to do is I need to shout out Darien Smith. From the minute I walked in at the end of August he was so welcoming, respectful with a lovely smile and such a hospitable personality and I know that job is stressful. He made the process so easy and he was always available to answer my many questions, even well after business hours. So far so good with the apartment it is large, spacious and well-maintained. The property is clean and quiet. I'm already stressing hoping that the rent stays affordable🙏🏿. I want to call out Isabel for her friendly and bubbly personality, as well as and Dana for her patience with all of my questions. Again Darien Smith is what sold this place for me, thank you so much Darien I truly appreciate everything you did for me.
