We moved in a few days ago and we are really loving it. My husband I’s first thought was that it feels like staying in a luxury hotel. The amenities are fantastic with the sky lounge, pool, hot tub, lounge areas, gym etc and I really appreciate how clean everything looks. We were impressed with the gated indoor parking garage having levels so there’s never a need to walk up any stairs or going through the rain with groceries plus there are elevators. Mariel was very helpful with showing us around and with the move in process. She is one of the reasons why we decided to make Southerly our home.

Mariel found us our perfect apartment while we were in a struggling of having somewhere to live. Moving from Wisconsin, it wasn’t easy to make the transition. Mariel made it easy though. Pool view, close to the sky lounge & to the parking garage. It’s the most stunning place here, it feels like a resort. Not to mention it’s super quiet, which is important for our work schedules. I just moved in about a week ago, and I absolutely love it here! The community is beautiful, with so many amazing amenities that go beyond just a place to live. Every resident I’ve met so far has been so kind, and the staff has been incredible. Mariel helped my cousin and I through the entire process, from our first tour to move-in day! She was a big reason we decided to say yes! Her professionalism and warmth made the experience so easy, and we couldn’t be happier 😊

We enjoy the morning sunrises from our balcony of the Southerly at The Shipyard apartment complex. It's been a busy year with staff working to attend to all the needs of everyone. We pass each other in the halls as management are rarely in their offices but working to make our home a better place to live. Everyone knows staff by name and they don't pass without asking if there's anything you need.
