Flagler Crossing

This a great place to live. I love the location and all of the amenities. The new maintenance supervisor Sam is so kind and helpful. All of the staff are great. Fantastic place to live.

We’ve been here 1.5 years, the complex has gone through some growing pains here and there but they seem to be on the right track now. We have another new manager, she seems great, very friendly. Amanda has been here the whole time and is helpful and friendly. Gabby and Haley are always so great. Some people still fly through the parking lot, just be cautious and always watch children and pets. The pool is always beautiful, the pond is always so pretty and peaceful. You can see some absolutely stunning sunsets here!

I was apartment hunting awhile and I found Flagler crossing apartment. What a gem !! This was it. I most say my first encounter at the property was with the manager Michael Meade he does care about his resident. He is about his word and he does ensure positive experience when comes in contact. Flagler Crossing couldn’t be happier! Amenities are top-notch including fitness center , pool and out door grilling area. Also location is perfect it’s close to shopping and dinning option. Yet still in a quiet and peaceful area. Our move was seamless and love my new home .

I recently moved to St. Aug and had been apartment hunting for months but within 2 hours of my tour I was signing my lease for Flagler Crossing. Amanda is SO helpful throughout the whole process and so much more! After being here, I can’t imagine living anywhere else! The apartments are new and beautiful and the clubhouse is stunning!! Flagler Crossing should definitely be an option and I’m sure after dealing with the staff you will love it as much as I do!!
