Brisa a balanced perspective after three years of living here. One of Brisa’s key advantages is its location. The community is comfortably set away from I-95 and downtown, while the ocean is only about ten minutes away. The school bus stops directly at the community, which is especially convenient for families with children. The infrastructure is well thought out and functional. The spacious grounds are suitable for morning runs and walks. On site, there is a swimming pool, a fitness center, several relaxation areas with grills, a newly built dog park, a car wash, and a dedicated area for pet grooming and washing. Parking options are also worth mentioning. You can rent a private garage for a fairly significant fee. We would recommend considering this option during discount periods or choosing a covered parking space instead. This is a very pleasant bonus, especially in summer, when your car is not left under the intense Florida sun. We truly appreciated this feature. Over three years of living here, we experienced different periods and several changes in management teams. The most recent team turned out to be the most attentive and responsible throughout our entire time at Brisa. Their approach to residents and the community left a genuinely positive impression. At one point, we even regretted having to move out. That said, there are a few aspects worth considering. The community lacks a dedicated children’s play area, and we hope the new management team will address this in the future. The second fountain, located in the northern part of the complex, operates throughout the day and night. At night, its noise may be uncomfortable for some residents. Apartments facing the road may also be affected by traffic noise. This is a subjective factor, but it is something to keep in mind when choosing a unit. Conclusion. Overall, our experience living at Brisa was positive. The gated community, on-site secured mail facilities, and a large co-working area with multiple private and open rooms for work and meetings add significant value. It is the kind of bonus that often comes in handy when you need a quiet place to work or meet someone without leaving the community.

I had a wonderful experience with apartment hunting at Brisa Apartments! The facility and units are absolutely gorgeous and cater to the needs and relaxation of their tenants. Very reasonable pricing for what you're getting. Tiffany was an amazing help with pricing breakdown and touring the amenities. Great support staff and beautiful space to call home!

We just moved in and want to thank Tiffany for her help during the process! She was easy to work with and answered all of our many questions along the way. She was able to fit us in for more than one last-minute showing and helped us get everything set up online before, during and after the application process. Even after we moved in, I can call the leasing office with small questions and she always has the answer. Thank you Tiffany!

I want to thank all the staff of the complex. My husband and I took a tour of the apartments yesterday. We were very impressed with the cleanliness and order on the complex grounds. The staff were very polite, had a good sense of humor, and treated us with great respect. A huge thank you to everyone, and especially to Sofia, who showed us the apartments.

We did a tour with Tiffany and she was so nice. Her personality alone made me want to move in so I could be friends with her. She gave us a great tour and was very helpful and informative and had a sweet patience to her when it came to my toddler who was being a bit whiny. I was thankful for the great experience with her and it was really nice to see about 3 different residents greet Tiffany along the tour. You can tell that she has made a great impression on the residents who live there and we immediately felt like it would be a nice place to live with good people surrounding us.
