Do not lease or apply here they will screw you. Aliyah was our leasing agent, she is incredibly incompetent. She did not communicate well and could not remember the details of our lease to the point where she messed up our entire application and lease giving us the wrong move in date a month earlier than we ever spoke about. Then they decided to cancel our lease after we spend over a grand to expedite our moving process and said we’ll make it work, pay everything and just be a couple days late to picking up the keys. If you value your time and money don’t bother looking here

New management is crushing it. We have green grass, sparkling swimming pools & our heated lap pool. They host fun resident events & delicious food trucks multiple times a month. Thanks ladies! Maintenance is also very helpful and fixes any issues that has ever arises. I highly recommend these apartment homes. Can not best our beautiful grounds & location.

The new manager at Tradition at Palm Aire truly deserves praise. Since she took over, everything has run smoothly, and the environment feels more welcoming than ever. The apartments are spacious and comfortable, with beautiful upgrades throughout. The clubhouse is luxurious, and the location is unbeatable — all the best stores are just a few miles away!

They do not Treat major issues the same as minor issues and actually fix them correctly or check back in on tenant to see if the issue is resolved. Amenities are taking away from the community as if it's our job to make all other tenants use them properly. They barely answer phones and emails in office. I've been here 2 to 3 years and have had different Management in the office every year. They have since received a new member. Who I was informed by that not only after they falsely advised that they had treated an organic growth/mold issue. That if o feel the issue is unresolved I wld have to now get a diagnostic and if confirmed then I wld have to move and we know the costs behind that and when asked about reimbursement and being placed back in my apartment after cleansing basically given an if than rebuttal.

It's been over 60 days and I still haven't received my deposit money back. I received a letter in the mail stating I would receive full refund within 30 days. When I try to call, the recording just says "enter remote access code" or the call ends completely. When we lived there, the pool was green and hot tub was filled with almost brown water a majority of the time we lived there.
