One Palm

I’ve been working with John Adams on my lease. In addition to the beauty of the units and facilities and the perfect location, service is so important when deciding where to live. One Palm is lucky to have the right guy for everything I needed to make the decision to live here.

The 8th floor experienced a whole host of water problems when water hushed out of the ceiling on October 22nd. The odor still exists from a carpet that should have been replaced but was not, and we may get mold response to all of this thru management was like warm

I recently relocated from DC to Florida on very short notice. John in the leasing office helped me get everything taken care of quickly and answered all my questions and I had a lot. I have been here a couple weeks now and I couldn’t be happier. Everyone that works here is absolutely fantastic. 5 stars all the way!
