The maintenance staff is amazing. Marquis is one of the guys that always comes to my home. He does the job quick and efficiently super friendly great to talk with and Marquis is such a knowledgeable guy MAA thank you for hiring such a great person.

Marcus Geddie (I believe is his name) provided us with excellent service. He was in and out in a matter of minutes, fixing an issue that we were having with our air vent in the bathroom. Really appreciate his service and the kindness and respect that he showed while in our apartment. Thank you!

My fiance and I moved to Florida almost 2 months ago. Ever since we got here it was one mess after another. We finally found our own place at MAA about 2 weeks ago after living with my SIL and it’s been so great since. Sabrina helped us in the housing office and she was so lovely. She was so nice and caring and got to work as soon as we put in interest. She was a breath of fresh air with how crazy it’s been these past couple weeks!

My husband and I were looking for our first apartment together and spend a whole day doing different tours for multiple apartment complexes. Last minute, we decided to check out MAA twin lakes on the busiest day possible. We were so confused on how things worked and what we should be expecting. But once we had a tour with Sabrina, everything clicked. Sabrina was so understanding and helpful with us being first time renters. She elaborated on how the deals and amenities were, she gave us tips on savings and very patient with the whole apartment application process. She IS still very nice and patient with us when it comes to questions on maintenance and payments. Sabrina has truly been amazing to us and we recommend her when it comes to first time renters or people that get easily confuse like me. Thank you Sabrina!
