I absolutely love working with Kylah at the leasing office. She is amazing and so kind! I was very frustrated moving into the apartment. She turned things around for my family.

I’ve been living here for over 3 years now, and I’m not planning to move anytime soon. A huge part of that is the amazing team at the main office especially Olivia. Her kindness, attention to detail, and the way she genuinely cares about residents make such a difference. I also feel like I truly got lucky with very quiet, respectful neighbors. You really see how much neighbors can shape and sometimes ruin the whole living experience. Having great ones has made my time here even better, and I appreciate that Olivia and the team work hard to keep this community safe, organized, and pleasant for everyone.

I wanted to take a moment to share my honest experience living at Lakes Edge Apartments and to highly recommend this community to anyone considering making it their home. Before moving in, I read through quite a few online reviews. While I didn’t dismiss what others shared, I noticed that many of the negative comments seemed to come from people upset about fees or responsibilities that were clearly outlined in their lease agreements. Everyone’s experience is different, but from what I’ve personally seen, the staff here are professional, fair, and quick to help — and many of those complaints appear to come from frustration rather than genuine issues with the property itself. Our own experience has been nothing but positive. We’ve only had one very minor issue since moving in — a light switch that didn’t work. We logged a maintenance ticket, and within 8 hours, the problem was completely resolved. That kind of responsiveness says a lot about the management and their commitment to residents. The office staff have been incredibly kind and helpful every time we’ve interacted with them. From our first tour to move-in day, they’ve made the process smooth and pleasant. And honestly, when we first walked into our apartment, it looked even better in person than in the video online — clean, bright, and beautifully maintained. We absolutely love our new home here at Lakes Edge. It’s peaceful, well-kept, and managed by a team that clearly cares about its residents. I would gladly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable, well-managed place to live.

I just wanted to take a moment to share my experience living in the apartment it has truly been great and awesome! I’m the kind of person who really values serenity and calm, and this place has been exactly that. A1! Any time something came up in the apartment, I simply submitted a service order, and the maintenance team took care of it quickly. The crew is kind, respectful, and always professional. The office staff has also been wonderful. always available to assist and support with anything I needed. Thank you all for creating such a peaceful and well managed place to live. I’ve truly enjoyed my time here!

I moved in almost a month ago, and my experience has been amazing. I've only been in touch with Olivia but she was so helpful and would always answer my questions and really made the move so much easier. My apartment is beautiful and so far I have no cons.
