The Point at Royal Palm Beach

Although I'm not planning to move for another 5 months, I’ve been exploring options early, and I’m so glad I came across this apartment complex! From the very first phone call, Emily, the leasing agent, was absolutely amazing. She was friendly, professional, and incredibly knowledgeable. Even knowing my move-in date was a ways off, she gave me her full attention and made me feel like a priority. When I visited the property, Emily went above and beyond during the tour. She took the time to walk me through all the amenities and answered every question with attention to detail and genuine enthusiasm. The fitness center is gorgeous, super clean and well-equipped. The pool looks like something straight out of a resort, and the overall location of the community is ideal. While I’m still shopping around, Emily definitely made a lasting impression. If the rest of the team and living experience are anything like what she showed me, I could easily see myself calling this place home.

My experience with The Point at Royal Palm was extremely disappointing. We drove over an hour to get to our scheduled tour, leaving work early and rearranging our day, only to receive a message 10 minutes before our appointment that they would not be able to show us the property due to rain. This was incredibly frustrating because by that time, we were already almost there. What makes it worse is that no one mentioned any kind of weather policy when we scheduled the tour. If they had simply told us that tours are canceled when it rains, we would have easily rescheduled and avoided wasting our time and gas. Considering the forecast had been showing rain all week, they could have easily checked ahead or communicated that possibility. When we called to express our frustration, the staff showed no empathy or professionalism at all. Even when we entered to go inside to speak with someone in person. They came across as dismissive and even rude, saying that we can just see it virtually almost as if they were ganging up on us for being upset. Why would we sign a lease if we can’t see a place physically. This kind of poor communication and lack of courtesy is completely unacceptable especially from a place that’s supposed to value potential residents. If this is how they treat people before you even move in, I can’t imagine how they handle things once you’re a tenant. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

Amazing property with excellent community amenities. The gym is the best i’ve ever seen in any complex in West Palm Beach. The pool area is of equal standard, with a nice hangout area. The property also frequently hosts little events at the front office, such as complementary food and beverages for the residents. Sadly it’s rare nowadays to find a property so attentive and on the ball, however that is never a problem at The Point!

This is one of the nicest places I’ve ever lived. Maintenance staff is friendly, resolves issues quickly and ensures property is well maintained. Apartments are up to date with nice appliances. They always send reminders when there is a planned project commencing and give you warning of the steps you need to take. The office staff is always ready to assist and are amazing at resolving anything you need. Also, the amenities are top-notch, with a resort style pool and a gym that has all the basics, including a yoga studio. Just take the tour, you won’t regret it.

Worst place i have ever lived in ! First of all i had so many maintenance issues since the day that i moved in ! Then i started to get sick every day with no reason .. after all finally i discovered a mold behind the A.c unit and i was treated with asthma attack 3 times in 6 months .. management and head offices did not even reply to myE-mails to solve me issues and they terminated my lease and i moved out but i have a hospitals bills i have to pay now ! Finally they sent me a bill for my last month i didn't pay because they didn't fix my issues plus late fees !!!!!! Garage was full of mold and i have to throw all my belongings away. Please don't reply with excuses this is not right !!! So Stay away before you started diagnose with asthma and illness management will not care about you.
