The Waypoint Apartments

I’ve been here a month now. The apartments are amazing. The office staff are great people, easy to work with. The maintenance is great, the jobs get done.

I had a great experience with The Waypoint Apartments from start to finish. When I first came to view the property, the atmosphere was very welcoming and friendly—it honestly exceeded my expectations. The leasing process was incredibly fast and convenient, which made everything feel stress-free. The management and leasing staff are amazing—always friendly, professional, and quick to respond to any questions or concerns. Any small issues I’ve had were handled promptly, which I really appreciate. Move-in was smooth and efficient, and the apartment itself is beautifully renovated. Everything feels brand new, clean, and well-maintained. The space is also very roomy, which makes it comfortable for everyday living. One of the biggest perks is how affordable the rent is, especially considering everything that’s included. The amenities are a great bonus, the pool is nice, there’s an on-site wash house, and even a dog park for pet owners. The location is super convenient, making it easy to get around and access nearby stores and essentials. Overall, I’m extremely satisfied with my decision to move here. The Waypoint Apartments has truly been a great fresh start, and I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable, affordable, and welcoming place to live.

Been here since December they have made so many great improvements to this complex . The office staff is great & always makes sure you’re good, Maintenance is quick and gets the job done. All the neighbors are friendly and the place is quiet

Absolutely love this place in the staff. I have been looking for an apartment for almost 6 months once I seen this one and the price is plus how big a one bedroom is I jumped on it. They helped me with any questions I had move in with move and I’ve been here almost 2 months and I still love it.

Ms. Pricilla is wonderful . The waypoint was a very easy and fast process . There is always deals going on . Great place to stay . And maintenance is very on top of things if you need anything done .
