AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS! This was by far the worst living experience I've ever had, from the condition of the property to dealing with the office staff. The property is poorly maintained. The grass is consistently uncut, and management claims it's because they don't have a company to handle it. During the summer, the pool was green and unusable, despite residents paying for these amenities. The office staff is essentially nonexistent. I attempted for over three months to contact the office to get my payments sorted out, and no one ever answered the phone. I even had a friend who still lives at the complex go into the office on my behalf. They assured her someone would reach out to me the next morning - and, once again, no one did. Management shows little to no concern for residents. The manager is unresponsive and clearly uninterested in addressing issues. Overall, this place lacks basic upkeep, communication, and professionalism. I would strongly advise looking elsewhere!

Living here the past few years has been really nice. They've updated the property by painting and adding lights, which looks lovely, and has brought some new faces to our community. I've really enjoyed the pool when I've been able to use it, and hopefully they'll have it up and running soon! The rent here is affordable. I'd recommend this place to people that are looking for a new apartment.

The worst experience with any apartment complex I’ve ever seen. We were with the Emory for 1 year and it was nothing but stress and havoc. 2 dumpster fires, lawn always overgrown for months at a time, pools never in service because they don’t tend to it, and office staff never fulfilling requests or even answering the phone. And let’s not even bring up the raggedy dog park with a gigantic hole in the fence that was covered by BROKE dog toys. The Emory staff knows of these issues and more yet don’t concern theirselves with the comfortability to the people who pay SO MUCH to live there. After we THANKFULLY, moved out , I had made sure we had no outstanding balances with more than 1 worker AND the manager. So tell me why I get a letter in the mail for $60 sent to collections AFTER I MADE SURE THERE WERE NO BALANCES. They didn’t call us , They didn’t send us a letter ( they have our forwarding address) but instead sent us to collections. If you’re thinking about moving in here DONT. save yourself the troubles. The regional manager was made aware and said these things were going to be fixed and gave me $1000 off rent one month so if you put up with this as well I encourage you to get your rent prorated till they uphold their end of the lease of keeping it a comfortable facility to live in. The Emory can’t answer the phone but will answer to bad reviews in the same day, comedic

Used to be a nice place where my daughter felt safe living. Over the last three months give or take it has become absolutely disgusting. Pools are green which is a health risk to everyone as it is stagnant water breeding mosquitos. Dog park has weeds up to your thighs with fence falling in. Again, health concern. Gym equipment broken. No office staff. I called and got someone on Monday and she said a manager wouldn’t be in until Thurs. I have yet to get a call back. She said the head maintenance guy was on vacation and they didn’t have any lawn mowers on property. They are hoping to get a new lawn company hired on in the next FEW WEEKS?!!! Yesterday my daughter got home to a neighbor’s sliding glass door busted out. The number the owner posted to respond to on one review is disconnected! I have emailed them as well with crickets. Run as fast as you can from this place!!! If I could give 0 stars I would. I filed a complaint with Environmental Code Enforcement and would encourage you to do so as well!

Since The Emory was taken over by new ownership, the quality of the community has significantly declined. There has been a noticeable lack of care and attention to basic maintenance and cleanliness throughout the property. The vendors now used for upkeep seem ineffective — the pool is consistently dirty despite repeated promises to have it cleaned, and the lawn is often overgrown. Communication is virtually nonexistent. Phone calls go unanswered, and visits to the office are met with an empty desk and no staff in sight. It’s frustrating and unprofessional. The property itself is showing serious signs of neglect: rusty, burnt trash cans; cracked stairways; and an overall unkempt appearance that wasn’t the case under previous management. Unfortunately, I renewed my lease just before the previous manager left, and now I’m stuck here for another year. We’ll be moving out as soon as our lease is up. I would not recommend living here in its current condition.
