Park on the Square Apartments

Moving over my old reviews to my new email. (10 years ago) We still think of this apartment complex as home. It was quiet and wonderful. All was great. My only complaint is that they had an issue with dog poop on the grounds and sent a blast to everyone saying that they would be charged extra. I don't own a pet. When I contacted them they at first said it was my responsibility to let pet owners that I see pick up after their pets. I was infuriated by that and they let off but never once apologized.

Park on the Square has been a great place to call home. The sweet young ladies in the office, Hailey and Jessica, have been wonderful and all the guys on the maintenance team have been very tentative and helpful! We are so glad the management is turning this place around from what it was several years ago when I first moved in. They are making needed upgrades and doing repairs around the community to keep this place like it should be. I plan to renew and spend another great year here!

I’m posting this review on behalf of my Mother. This community has been an amazing place for her. The grounds are always clean and well organized, the office staff is kind and attentive, and the maintenance team handles emergencies quickly and professionally. We’re very thankful—this is truly a great place to live. 💜

Seriously the best place I have ever lived, sorry to be leaving. I would send family and friends here for sure, the manager has been so helpful and helped me with things not even related to my apartment, great knowledge of the area. Having to live away from family all the time is not easy and she had made it a little easier. I feel like anything I have brought to their attention they take care of right away, I have enjoyed my time here, thanks all of you.

I I’ve had such a great experience living here! The buildings are beautiful, the amenities are always well-maintained, and the location couldn’t be better. But what truly sets this place apart is the management—especially the property manager. She’s incredibly friendly, professional, and always goes above and beyond to make sure residents are happy and taken care of. Whether it’s handling maintenance requests quickly or just checking in to see how things are going, the property manager makes the whole community feel welcoming and cared for. If you’re looking for a place that feels like home and a team that genuinely cares, I can’t recommend this apartment enough.
