Excellent place to live! This was the first apartment complex I've ever lived in and honestly, I couldn't have picked a better place! All of the staff are very friendly and helpful. Any requests that you have are addressed in a timely manner. It's a quiet community with some very nice scenery, and has many amenities, like a pool, a hot tub and a gym, that make King's Mill an awesome place to live. The front office also hosts many social events each month that allows for a more neighborly vibe. You cannot go wrong with choosing King' Mill!

Leasing office staff is so helpful! Beautiful scenery and never had to wait more than a day for any of my maintenance requests. This place runs like clockwork and the front office keeps it exciting with food trucks and events frequently!

Worth checking out! Lots of greenery and space for dogs or kids. I have lived here almost a year now. The leasing office staff are always friendly and helpful. They do a great job a communicating over phone or text. They even have monthly activities. The maintenance team has quickly resolved the few issues I have had over the past year.

Jessica and Shelly are wonderful and nice at the office. I was unhappy at my previous apartment and went to the Kings Mill office to inquire about more information. They had an apartment available fairly quickly so I filled out an application. The move in process was so easy. Apartment complex is overall really nice and I like the landscaping and upkeep on the exterior buildings. It makes this place feel like its own little community. My neighbors are pretty quiet and keep to themselves too. The best bonus is the pool and hot tub.

I signed a total of 4 leases with King's Mill. I lived here during my undergrad degree in an AWESOME 2 bedroom split floor plan with a roommate. I then lived here for 3 consecutive years with my husband in both a 2 bedroom and 1 bedroom unit (we downsized). We were here for several different staff changes, but Danielle was always a constant. All staff were great! We were pretty quiet residents, I think (as far as requests went), but if we ever saw a bug of concern (usually after it rains), someone would always take care of it right away! Maintenance was quick and responsive. We also had an issue with someone parking in the spot my husband's motorcycle was already occupying (sort of frustrating). We wrote the resident a note and put it on his windshield, since we didn't actually know who the car belonged to. The resident responded well and we had no issues, thereafter. My favorite part about King's Mill was that neighbors were friendly, but also kept to themselves, which made the living experience feel more private. I truly believe this is the best apartment complex in NW Florida! I miss King's Mill SO much now that we live in Atlanta and are struggling to find something on the same level of excellence as King's Mill. There were, of course, some bumps in the road here or there (afterall, we were there a total of 4 years), but overall, King's Mill felt like HOME and that was exactly what we wanted!
