Wonderful place! Military friendly and family friendly!! Mrs. Trisha is the best (best is an understatement) person ever! Treats everyone like family. I stayed there for almost 2 years no issues just wonderful and would highly recommend. Minutes away from base and shopping centers! The apartments has get togethers! All the time morale is very high! Would give this place so many stars!!!

My boyfriend and I left when the lease was up. Cleaned the apartment up, and now 8 months later we just found out he has a 3500 balance on his account. There was no damage in the apartment aside from a door that came off the hinge because the screws were to small (just needed longer screws). And he took off the electric door pad because we often go locked out because it kept dying and no one wants to have to continuously wait for someone to get there just to get in their home. He went up there recently and asked about it and apparently they can’t tell him/don’t know why he has that charge. We never got our deposit back so technically they are wanting 3500 plus never giving the deposit back. Which is 4750, there was no damage whatsoever ever that cost that much.

If you are in the military! Go here! Customer Service: 5/5 Trish was extremely helpful with both my move-in and moving-out process. I didn't know when I was going to move out but I knew an approximate range. I communicated that with her and she broke it in a way that I can understand. She was flexible and available to answer your questions! General living area and home: 4/5 This area is pretty clean! The laundry area was a farther walk for me but thankfully it was always operational. The only downside was that their was a small fee (+.25 c) added due to a malfunction with the payment system. It lasted for a couple months, to be fair though, I never mentioned it to the staff. Pool was usually clean and if there was an issue, they will send a msg about their efforts of cleaning or making something right. My living area was comfy. Never had problems with parking. The bathroom paint naturally peels off so that as a normal issue to deal with. They will replace that free of charge but when you move out. You can pay for a trash service, which they will give you a black container to sit outside your door. They will take care of that opn their selected days. Whenever, I first moved in and noticed to some issues, their service team came out the next day to solve the issues! Very fast service! Community: 5/5 I haven't lived in many apartments but it was new and awesome to know that they do communal events like cookouts! Unfortuantely, I was never able to join any due to my work schedule but I would have loved to meet other people that way if I could've. Overall, if you are military, I highly recommend this place! Trish has helped with so many questions that I've had and it's only added to my experience there! They are flexible and consistent and you will be happy with them.

I moved to Pensacola from St. Petersburg, sight unseen, and Hunters Point made the process seamless. My leasing agent, Stephanie, was amazing—helpful, accommodating, and so thoughtful about my situation. She went above and beyond, checking in before my move to make sure I had everything I needed. When I arrived, everything was just as promised. The property is clean, well-kept, and the staff is always friendly and communicative. Even maintenance has been great—when I had an issue with my dishwasher, it was fixed the very next day. The amenities are in good shape, the grounds are well-maintained, and they’re quick to notify residents about any updates or issues. Moving to a city I had never been to could have been overwhelming, but Hunters Point made it easy. I truly appreciate the care they put into both the property and the residents, and I would recommend this community a hundred times over.

I can’t say enough good things about living here! The leasing staff (Stephanie and Trisha) made the whole process so easy and stress-free, even helping me choose my apartment before I was able to visit in person. They were so friendly, flexible, and made me feel comfortable from the start. When I moved in, my apartment was spotless with brand new flooring/carpet. Maintenance requests are handled unbelievably fast—often the same day—and the maintenance team is always kind, respectful, and professional. The neighborhood itself is quiet, and the community here is welcoming and friendly. The only downside is that my unit doesn’t have an in-unit washer and dryer, so I use the community laundry facilities, which are very well maintained (it’s about $5 per load). On the plus side, the location is extremely convenient—only about a 15-minute drive to the Navy base, and grocery stores are just a short drive away. I haven’t had a single real complaint since moving in, and I’m genuinely glad I chose this place to call home!
