Seminole Landing

I’ve had a great experience living at Seminal Landing. The community is clean, quiet, and well maintained, and the staff is friendly and helpful whenever I have a question or need assistance. My favorite amenity is the pool area—it’s always clean, relaxing, and a perfect place to unwind. Overall, Seminal Landing feels safe, comfortable, and welcoming, and I would definitely recommend it to others looking for a great place to live.

Living here has been an outstanding experience!! The amenities here at Seminole Landing is to die for!!! The pool is huge and available for everyone is use! The gym is always accessible and has right equipment to workout! Let me tell you when I say this, the staff have been WONDERFUL, SUPER SUPPORTIVE, AND KNOWLEDGEABLE!! Ariel has been my personal favorite! She is super bubbly and so sweet! Whitney Barnes is very understanding of any situation and goes the extra mile to help/guide you! I would 100% recommend Seminole Landing to anyone thinking or wanting to move here!

I had no problems, everything was quick and easy. I pulled signed a few papers, received my keys, signed up for a few clubs, and started my move in. My apartment was clean, my room mate was available for a meet and greet. So far so good.

Avoid this place at all cost!! I moved in August 2024 and not even a month later started noticing mold growing on my things and around the unit. I reached out and each time it was brushed off and painted over and each time it came back worse. I had my own mold test completed and the spore count in my bedroom alone was over 28,000!!! I showed this to them and it was still brushed off. I eventually terminated my lease after many failed attempts to get this handled the correct way and now I have people who currently live in this same unit reaching out because it is still not fixed and they are being lied to by management saying they never knew this was an issue. This place is a nightmare!

I’ve really enjoyed living at Seminole Landing Apartments. The community is clean and well taken care of. The staff are super kind and always ready to help, which makes a big difference. Maintenance requests usually get handled quickly, and the location is super beautiful. Overall, it’s been a great place.
