Rivertown St. John's, FL

Literally the best and most unique community in NE Florida and possibly the entire state. The setting on the river combined with world class amenities and nature makes it for an unique living experience unlike any other. The master planned community is not only beautiful but has a wide variety of models to choose from starting in the 500s all the way to well over a million. It is also very friendly and full of families and golf cart friendly to all areas. Several nature trails including one on the river at the Riverfront Park, over a dozen playgrounds for kids and several dog parks also. And it's still growing. Excited to see the upcoming new amenity called the riverlodge and what it will look like once it's completed.

The river front park kayak launch, fishing pier and trails are the reason to visit.

I live here but my parents tried to purchase a house here and were giving the run around. They went through the whole approval process and were promised that they would get a lot once the sale of their house was finalized but when the time came they were told they were doing a lottery drawing for who gets the available lots even though these people came after them. They also promised the price would not go up, which it did both for the house and the lot. It’s a piece of dirt how did the price of that go up 2k. They were not chosen when they did this “random” drawing for a lot. These people are xenophobic and my parents didn’t fit their criteria of who they want in their neighborhood. Every person we spoke to gave us a different answer. Mattamy is a money hungry company with no ethical values.
