Mr. Lohman, I thought you were a better person. Your complex could be so much better if you employed the right staff..........Please read . Christmas 2025. This is 3 different reviews. I guess I am Team Miss Beth, with good reason. Tonight I looked out my window and I seen a car bright with Christmas lights. I walked outside and the car stopped in front of a unit and who gets out? Miss Beth with bag fulls of presents for the children in that townhouse. As I watch her make the circle and stop at several more addresses she pulled next to mine and gave the single mother living there boxes and bags of gifts. She doesn't work here, she doesn't live here. Just as before she just genuinely cares. ATTENTION STARR PROPERTIES, TY LOHMAN ,& MRS. LOHMAN , You need to get her back in here. She is just what I would hope you stand for. I can't imagine her departure was a reason to not get her back. Hell look who you have in there now. Just saying........ Easter 2025 I have been a tenant here for years. I have seen numerous property managers come and go. They all say the same things,and never get anything done. But this time I think they have a winner. Miss Elizabeth has done more in two weeks then most have in a year. She's polite, she's on top of what needs to get done but most importantly she communicates with us. She personally goes door to door and talks to tenants. Even on the weekends she's picking up trash or emptying out apartments. A message to the Lohmans TL3 ""j"YOU HAVE A WINNER""" I SEE GOOD THINGS HAPPENING IN THIS COMPLEX!! December 2025 What is going on now. Miss Beth is gone. Big mistake Mr Lohman. There has been 3 Prop Managers since she left and I see you hired back Jill. Hello she OD' d in your bathroom. Miss Beth was the only one making this a better community. BIG MISTAKE TL3!! Where did she go I would like to follow. She had a great repor with the community and the children loved her. She was on top of fixing this place up. This is a tragedy for sure.

Ms. Jill M. is here with new maintenance staff and so far she has been ensuring that after I submit a request for maintenance on the resident portal, it gets quickly resolved. This has definitely given me more peace of mind. Thank you, Ms. Jill.

I was charged my entire month’s rent, not prorated. My apartment had been cleaned before I moved out, yet I was still charged a cleaning fee. I moved out due to a rodent issue that wasn’t addressed until a few days before I left. I also had roach issues. You pay for pest control, but you don’t get it because the owner doesn’t pay his bills. This also applies to the AC work that was needed. The maintenance workers aren’t qualified to work on ACs, but they have to because the property owner never pays his bills on time so the ac company never comes out. The landlord is the root cause of the problem! I have a record of maintenance requests dating back years that were never resolved due to insufficient funds. The management of this property is inadequate, and the staff is hindered in their efforts because the property owner is unwilling to make necessary repairs. I would have liked to get my deposit back, but it seems they’ve found a way to keep a significant portion of it. To be honest, I should have left the unit in a dirty state. I even cleaned the inside of the stove. That apartment was left cleaner than it was when I moved in.
