Danielle has been an absolute doll! She helped me from the beginning until the end of my process of getting into my new apartment. She’s very knowledgeable of the complex. She is absolutely amazing and I would refer anyone here to Danielle.

Been living here for sometime now. It’s a Quiet laid back community. In my opinion the maintenance men are top of the line! they are always on top of everything and clean up behind themselves! They are so kind and thoughtful. Murray specifically! He’s always looking out for me and my children! He definitely goes the extra mile for people. I’ve lived a few apartments and the maintenance was always the worst and quite frankly weird. But not these maintenance men they are seriously the kindest souls ever!

Danielle Collin’s was great. She went above and beyond to make sure things were clear and understood through the application and approval process. I’m very grateful and satisfied with my decision to be a tenant here at Waters Edge Apartment!!! I highly recommend anyone looking for a nice home with awesome amenities to come visit. Management is great. Especially Daniell she’s very sweet and so bubbly. Extremely helpful, we’ve lived here a few years and have very rare issues. Are only issue and consistent issue is the maintenance man. Not men because the younger guy is very respectable. The older man is just miserable all the times. Every time he’s been called to fix something he has a horrible attitude if my husband is not home he has a completely different personality just not enjoyable of a person at all. Complaines almost every encounter we’ve had . Seems to never want to do his job or is at least very biased to who he likes and doesn’t like. He’s been seen videoing women at the complex when they are loading/ unloading from car. The older man is extremely unlikable. The young man has always done his job correctly never made anyone uncomfortable and will do his maintenance and still come to check back to make sure it’s all okay while the older man has a problem with any bit of labor he seems to be asked to do.

My family and I have been living here almost 4 years now. We absolutely love this place and the beautiful trails that come with it. The staff is amazing (especially management, and maintenance.) Everyone has always made sure we are taken care of regardless of the situation. Precious and the management staff truly care about the residents and everyone is so welcoming and friendly.
