Villas of Pinecrest

This condominium charges $600 to $700 USD per month per apartment for association fees, bringing in around $250,000 USD per month. Although I lived here for a year and a half, I didn't see how they spent the money. The facilities are extremely neglected. The children's playground is unusable, the pool doesn't even have a single umbrella, and all the chairs are mismatched, creating a visual clutter. The gym lacks quality equipment and is practically a mini-gym. In front of the tennis court, four slabs are raised and have only been held up with cones; they've never actually repaired them. The fences are unpainted, the dog waste bags are empty, and there are no security cameras on the premises, only at the gate. The gate attendants act like police officers and patrol the entire property, leaving the gate unattended and vulnerable to anyone walking through an unsecured door to the side. They offer free internet, but it's terrible; it's not even good for video calls. The washing machines are constantly broken, and the common areas are filthy, especially the flooring in the common areas, which, being non-slip, requires pressure washing. This association is absolutely awful. I'm sharing my honest experience. Regards.

Excellent condominium, has security, lots of greens, a very villas type design. Excellent area and great people.
