Village Townhomes at Lake Orlando

Set up online for a virtual tour and received several confirmations. Unfortunately, they knew nothing about this and said it was AI. Very strange because someone was messaging me with information about the property…Reading other reviews, I was not the first with this problem. And with the other issues I have read about-I’m glad I didn’t waste my time.

I was drawn to this property from a tik tok I came across. Talayah was very welcoming and amazing customer service. As someone who has worked in customer service management for over 12 years. I always appreciate people who provide great customer service! I will hopefully be making this my new home! Thank you again Talayah!

Tyairra was very attentive and helpful with the move in process and any questions I had via over the road prior to finalizing move in information and paperwork. Beautiful property as well quite, safe and close to a lot of amenities.

I absolutely love living here! The space is incredible and easily a steal considering the cost. Maintenance is friendly and always responds promptly, and the front office staff are kind and helpful, even though I rarely need their assistance. The community is peaceful and quiet. I truly couldn’t have chosen a better place to live. The only minor downside is the laundry rentals, but that’s completely outside of the community’s control. Overall, highly recommend!
