Christine was beyond words amazing! She was fast and on it. Christine was so friendly and so helpful. I am really happy i got to meet her and is who was able to help me and my Dad. Me and my Dad are from California and we needed that support that Christine gave us, she truly was like an angel!

The maintenance worker Franky always does good work and cleans up after the job is completed.

I really enjoy living here and anytime I need something Beatriz has always been super helpful and available to always assist.

By far the worst apartment management in all of Orlando. My apartment has had repeated leaks that maintenance we’re negligent in fixing. Water was coming through the walls. After they finally solved that issue, we found out that there was mold behind the walls and it was making us sick. However the front office refused to fix the issue since “ the mold wasn’t visible” we kept having a back-and-forth with the office for the last six months of our lease because they kept promising a new apartment and then would renege on the offer, they would offer to allow us to break the lease early but then take back that offer, despite us saying that we cannot live in that apartment it is making us sick. I ended up having to buy air purifiers to stem the issue a bit. At our last week of leaving they decided to charge us an extra $2000 for “ not telling them we were not releasing” they wanted us to stay in a moldy apartment making us sick. Please do not live here find another place any other place, the apartment complex is nearby are all wonderful and are all better choices than here, do not come, especially if you have kids. They also gave us a heavily damaged front door with no sweep at the bottom so cockroaches would crawl into the apartment overnight. I hope to never live in the venue again.
