Venue at Winter Park Apartments

The only laundry room with a lock has no working washers, I am unable to do laundry. It already costs almost 5 dollars per load, and now it doesn't even work. There are washers that are plugged into the smaller "laundry rooms", but they dont require your key fob and they usually dont drain your clothes, requiring multiple dryer runs to dry clothes. The kitchen has crevices in the cabinets and fixtures which allow bugs to crawl in from the walls from other units. I wouldn't stay here, it's cheap but you'll definitely see why it's cheap.

My experience at The Venue at Winter Park has been outstanding, and a huge part of that is due to the incredible leasing team. From my first inquiry, Leasing Agent Prisilla was an absolute gem. She was endlessly patient, answering all my questions about floor plans, amenities, and the pet policy for my dog. She never made me feel rushed and took the time to schedule multiple tours so I could see different units at times that worked for my busy schedule. Her knowledge of the community and her genuine enthusiasm made me feel excited and confident about moving here. When I had a more complex question about the lease terms, Leasing Manager Beatriz stepped in with clarity and professionalism. She provided detailed explanations, ensured everything was transparent, and personally oversaw the final steps of my move-in process. It was clear she runs a tight, resident-focused ship. The apartments themselves are great—modern, in a perfect Winter Park location, with fantastic amenities like the stunning pool and 24-hour gym. But what truly makes this place feel like a home is the sense that the leasing office genuinely cares. Whether it was a pre-move-in question or a simple request after I settled in, both Beatriz and Prisilla have been consistently responsive, friendly, and solution-oriented. If you're looking for a beautiful apartment and a management team that truly supports its residents, I cannot recommend The Venue at Winter Park highly enough. Christine was amazing — very professional, kind, and understanding. My husband and I just moved in, so we’re still learning how the management and maintenance system works. Update: Even though I had some issues in the last unit I was given (pest, humidity, and damaged appliances). I’m happy to share that the management provided me with a new unit in much better condition, and I truly appreciate how quickly they resolved the issue. The new apartment is clean, comfortable, and overall in great shape. I haven’t had any major problems so far… My advice is to speak up if you have any issue; don’t just settle for the bare minimum, especially if you’re signing a contract of 1 year. The only thing I wish the units included is a microwave, since that would make things a bit more convenient. Other than that, everything has been great, and I’m very satisfied with how the situation was handled.
