This accommodation offers a comfortable apartment-style living experience with individual rooms and a living area, fostering a friendly social atmosphere among residents. While the location is a bit further from the main campus, making bus travel or alternative transport necessary, it's conveniently close to a major recreation center and provides reliable internet and air conditioning. However, some students have found the pricing to be on the higher side, and there can occasionally be minor inconveniences with package retrieval or the efficiency of some services.

Nice apartment, but very expensive. Also. Expect subpar customer service. Some of them are nice, some of them you can tell they dont like the job lol. I feel that they could be more efficient with how they do things. Also. They send you emails telling you the package is ready, when in reality you have to wait an extra two hours for it

I am just taking a trip down memory lane as I recall when I went to UF this dorm was called Hall 2000. At that time, it was a brand-new, luxury dorm. Located a bit further from campus, so you had to be sure to leave your room with extra time to catch a bus to make it to campus on time. It's also close to the SW rec center which was a newer gym at the time. I don't know what it looks like now! Love Hall 2000, great college memories.

Got everything needed for college life, residents are pretty friendly and stuffs like internet and AC are pretty stable and reliable, the only disadvantage of this place is kinda far away from main UF campus which you have to either take a bus or do SNAP

Really good place to live if your priority is making it to the gym, particularly SW Rec center located just South of here. For reference, SWrec is the largest gym of UF with student membership complementary with class enrollment. It is at an odd distance from most classes. Not close enough to walk to class. Not far enough to guarantee a seat on the bus. You may run into issues getting to class on time with full busses on both the beginning and end(yes, exam time) of the semester. OK kitchen/bathrooms/utilities. Bathrooms aren’t private, but at least you don’t share them with an entire hall. Internet is monitored by UF, meaning there are firewall and authenticity limitations for on-campus internet, possibly restricting your online activity. No p2p transfers, and no streaming uploads. That said... for Gainesville, the quality of the internet is fairly good... better than getting a wireless router with 3 other roommates. My recommendation is that, at this distance, unless you have special financial assistance that requires you to be on campus, there are off-campus locations that are closer and cheaper for the same apartment-style living. If you drive, parking is free after hours in the lot just south of SWrec, giving fairly consistent access to the gym.

Further from campus than I'd like for an "on-campus" residence hall. Busses come by pretty frequently but I've managed to have full busses pass me making me late. No problems if you have a scooter. Definitly a plus having individual rooms and a living room like an apartment. Appliances in kitchen are bad but nothing in the place is too bad.
