This student accommodation offers excellent value with spacious, furnished rooms and all utilities included, making it a convenient option for students thanks to its prime location near campus and quick maintenance responses. However, some residents have experienced issues with pests, occasional mold, and frequently malfunctioning elevators, which can be a minor inconvenience for day-to-day living.

In a simple summary Pros: 1. I had a very spacious room (floor 1, room A) 2. quick maintenance requests, only longish one was 3 days for a paid order (but thankfully got it for free) 3. great location for classes and school events 4. furnished w full bed, dresser, desk 5. nice RAs 6. utilities included, no overage to worry about despite amount used Cons: 1. Dealt with finding pests 4 different times throughout the year. Maintenance didn’t seem to thoroughly spray. First floor is more prone to it. Saw waterbug after hurricane, 2 roaches, 1 big spider, and 1 beetle living here. Found a rat running around outside of building end of my lease. 2. Smells of weed frequently bc it’s the athlete building 3. Pay housing all at once beginning of semester 4. Found mold in bathroom before, and moving out my mom contracted an allergic reaction from something moldy in apartment. 5. Looks kind of old, but appliances work well (besides fridge randomly stopped working one day but it was fixed 2 days after) 6. Fire alarms went off frequently 7. Garage elevator rarely works, so parking on anything above level 2 is a gamble

I've been stuck in the elevators like 7 times but it usually resolves itself. Right-hand elevator is the worst. Company that runs the place doesn't care and a lot of the elevator buttons haven't lit up for years

My dorm was flooded in december due to vandalism of the property. I was not only ignored by the office staff, but these events hindered my progress in classes, and I received no sympathy from the school's board of finance. 0/10 would definitely not live here again.

Fire alarm has gone off four times in past month. There have been 0 fires. There's an alarm in each individual room for as much ear rape as possible.
