The summit is very professional. I had some concerns and they took care of them immediately. Highly recommend this community.

I have been in summit for 7 months and many things have happened to me with the apartments and the only one who has always wanted to help us is Audry, she has been very good at her job and very patient . Do not hesitate to contact her when you need to know something. She would always help you.

Poorly kept apartment and equally poor staff We lived at The Summit for about 4 months. First they wanted us to sign the lease without seeing the apartment which I vehemently objected to. Just as suspected, the apartment was. It what I expected. It was not even clean the day of move in and some interiors doors were inoperable, toilet seat was worn and nasty and patio door was broken. Floor boards were raised and torn in some corners. Due to the time of time they wanted us to move in which was 4pm we had no other choice but to take the place. After many issues, we chose to break the lease and move out after 4 months. After a month of moving out, Audri called to advise that we were late on the rent payment. Apparently Shannon had not updated the account to show we had moved out. That’s how bad their accountability and record keeping system is. Long story short, they said they mailed our deposit check to our new address but after several follow up emails and phone calls to the office , we were told a fraud investigation had commenced because someone tried to deposit the check for a different Amount. They’ve refused to give us the information that led them to believe fraud had transpired. This place is nothing short of a nightmare that never ends. They are full of lies and delay tactics. Still waiting for our deposit check and information concerning the supposed fraud that occurred.

This was the most seamless moving experience! Audri in the front office is absolutely amazing !
