Don’t LEASE HERE … this place is not suitable for living they have major septic tank issues both of my bath tubs and toilets is full of shit I RATE THIS place 0 stars…

BEWARE! They simply stole my application fee. I applied for a unit (I couldn't see the unit in person as live out of state). After application submission and payment, they are neither approving nor denying. Next, they blocked my account where I submitted my application. There is only one phone number for the whole condo, nobody picks up the phone. I can't talked to anyone, neither I can login to check the application status. Exactly same scenario happened to another reviewer here (down below). They are most likely doing the same thing to other applicants with the same unit that I applied at this moment.

BEWARE WITH THIS COMPANY. Diamond equity is horrible at times I wonder if they are even legit. The apartments look nice but need a lot of work; there mold, roaches and my ac unit broke offended. They take their time fixing things as well. I also moved out 07/31/2025 and haven’t got my $3500 deposit back. I contacted them multiple times and gotten no respond so now I must come out of pocket to file legal documents. Please save yourself the headache from the people do not rent here. Please feel free to contact me I will show you all the proof, Also write me if you have a similar situation we can help each other the most evidence the better. Update: I still haven’t gotten my refund. They still haven’t answered. Multiple people have sent emails on my my behalf and they do not respond. I’m looking to build a case against these slum lords so i’ll be reaching out to people who leave reviews and contact you.

Thank you to the season for proving me with an excellent service in setting up me a new home. Christine is the most nice and supportive person to work with! Made the experience quick easy and altogether enjoyable.
