The Park at Verona Apartment Homes

This was one of the rock bottom worst places I ever lived.. The way the treated my wife, the younger sister of a brave soldier who flew coppers with the 101st Airborne Division in Vietnam. I am calling for all Veterans and their families to boycott this apartment complex and all other apartments owned by Blue Premier. Please share this on social media.

HORRIBLE JUST DON'T DOOOO IT.....DON'T LIVE HERE ....

This is the worst place you could live. I had a problem with the air conditioner breaking down TWICE. The first time it took 41/2 months before it got fixed. now is broken down again and haven't fixed it. this caused unlivable conditions which caused me to have health problems. i had to constantly BEG them to fix it numerous times because the apartment got extremely hot. When i went in the office to remind them about looking at the ac i was told that they will have somebody look at it and NEVER showed up. communications with the staff is at such a minimum I tried to reach out to the corporate office and left messages which they FAILED to respond back. I had a slow draining tub which took a two weeks before they finally fixed it. BEWARE: The management fees and late fees are steep and makes this unaffordable to the renter. IF NOT PAID YOU WILL BE THREATENED WITH EVECTION These conditions are inhabitable to a renter the way this place is kept and i would NEVER suggest living in this complex. I feel sorry for ANYONE WHO RENTS AN APARTMENT THERE. The term for a place that is like this is called SLUMLORDS

Going on my second year with this place and all I can say is RUNNNN!!! Don’t bother! I’m still waiting for a screen for my window that I asked about multiple times since I move in from LAST year! Was told that they have to be built. Just found out I have FLEAS in an apartment that does NOT have pets living in it. I don’t have carpets neither! I was told the exterminator comes on Friday's…it’s Wednesday btw. Never mind the palmetto bugs that like to visit often! I have my own spray because I’m tired of waiting around for the guy. I’ve had an ant issue since I moved into this place and it has YET TO BE FIXED! Cracks in my windowsill that I notified the office about and nothing was done. The AC unit that I was told I would have replaced is now fixed with TAPE! Let’s just say I’m regretting resigning my lease with these people!!

Nice place to live. Relaxing, quiet, right near one of the nicest golf courses in central Florida. Dagie has been very helpful in the whole move in process. Highly recommend
