The Lofts at Winter Park Village

Lived here a few years ago and I loved it! All the staff are friendly and professional. Summer especially did a great job of making the move-in process smooth and efficient. I would highly recommend this place.

Lived here for a year and did not enjoy it at all. The whole place has concrete flooring and very thin walls. Listening to a gaggle of drunk girls stumble down the hallway at 3 in the morning was not conducive to a good night's sleep. If you don't have a TV, you can always just sit quietly in your apartment and listen to one of your neighbors fight thanks to the paper thin walls. The interior units have little atrium areas that are perfect for leaving a dog in to bark and whine all day. I especially loved when my neighbors allowed their dogs to wander into my atrium because I wasn't allowed to have a door between the atriums.

I thought I had lost my cards a few weeks ago at one of the shops downstairs from here behind the lofts I stopped by their security office and they helped me search, they were very sweet and ii didn't get a name but it was 3 tall black guys one was bald the other had a short cut. I REALLY APPRECIATE IT!
