The Ivy Residences at Health Village Apartment Homes

Victoria was incredibly helpful, friendly, and made the application process very easy! The apartments are clean and the complex has a lot of great amenities as well. I look forward to being a resident here!

The furnishings are new and it’s a great location downtown. What really has been great is the service they give. Jerrel has always been helpful with our maintenance requests and is great about explaining what the problem is and how to fix it. Taryn in the leasing office is always helpful with answering any questions and was very responsive when first signing a lease. Overall it has been a wonderful experience living here so far.

The staff is great! Very responsive. I want to thank Jerrel Taylor. I was having problems with running water every time I flushed the toilet. It wouldn’t stop unless I shook the handle a few times every time. It took him literally 3 or 4 mins to fix it. Haven’t had a problem at all since.

You tell us to move our cars from the 5th & 6th floor or else it will be towed at our expense, then work on EVERY OTHER FLOOR. You gave no notice before drilling in the garage, the entire air filled with dust. The workers wear masks and we’re supposed to just breathe all that in?? My luxury car requires a specific high-end detailing and IT’S COMPLETELY COVERED IN DUST. HOW ABOUT YOU PAY FOR MY DETAILING OUT OF YOUR EXPENSE??

Edit on 7/28 - Unfortunately, I am editing from 5 to 3 starts. Since BH took over, this place has not been the greatest. The dog park is constantly a mess and the gate/door system is very inconsistent. Money was spent on landscaping behind the building when it should/could have been used for elevator replacement as they are constantly out of order. Honestly? I’m super impressed. This is the first apartment that’s ever felt like home to me. I literally walked in and signed my lease same day. Everyone was super helpful and kind. When I moved in, everything was SUPER clean. The amenities are amazing. I plan to resign and I’ve only been here 2 days LOL. I’m super happy. Thank you to the property manager (who’s on site) and the agents who helped me!! I feel super lucky!
