I have been considering relocating to this area for several compelling reasons, access to shopping centers, cinemas, restaurants, and entertainment venues, as well as the prospect of shorter commutes and proximity to parks. This particular apartment complex appears to be an ideal fit for my needs, and I find it quite charming. The surrounding area is delightful, offering beautiful and serene views. The leasing agent who assisted me was truly exceptional; Ms Neela Hernandez was incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. I informed her that I would be writing a review due to her outstanding service. I wholeheartedly recommend this establishment.

Small, quiet and convinient neighborhood. As a busy guy I love being able to just come home to sleep and go about my day, super close to everything Orlando has to offer. Given how much everything else cost in the area, not a bad bang for your buck.

I’ve had a great experience living at The Grove at Millenia Apartments. The community is clean, well-maintained, and in a super convenient location near shopping and restaurants. The maintenance team responds quickly, and the office staff is always professional and helpful. The amenities are a big plus, and the overall atmosphere feels safe and welcoming. Definitely a solid place to call home.

Working with Neela was an absolute pleasure, she is amazing! Very knowledgeable leasing agent and made me feel I was at the right place and time. She went above and beyond, making my process smooth and stress-free. If you’re looking for an apartment this is the place to go! This is a perfect place if you’re looking for an apartment complex that feels like a cottage style complex. Is lovely and quiet.

I previously gave this complex a 5 star review when I first moved in but management has changed now and I just moved out and they are trying to overcharge me an arm and a leg for move out fees. My final bill was sent and it said $88 which is totally fine but then they resent me a new statement saying it was now $168 and also I have to pay $175 to resurface the tub (which I am not responsible for wear and tear as a tenant, the complex is) and also I had a small area where the paint chipped and they are trying to charge me over $300 for a full repaint of the entire apartment, I could have repainted that area for $15. Because it was such a small area that was messed up. And also they're trying to charge me $200 for my service dog because the apartment now smells like dog even though when I moved in it smelled like weed. And also for a small amount of dog hair that I missed from when I swept on the final day. They're also trying to charge me $175 for fixing the stick on vinyl which again I could have fixed for $25 but it was a small 1inx1in area that peeled back because the slightest moving of furniture would always pull back the sticker vinyl. They are also trying to charge me for a lightbulb being out, like legitimately that is a maintenance issue not a me issue. It's not like I broke it, it is just old. If I made a maintenance request they would have fixed it for free. This is all absolutely ridiculous and it's all because the management changed. They're also claiming that I only submitted a $300 deposit when I moved in but I submitted a $500 deposit. They are trying to charge me $1200 in fees and the $300 only covers a bit so they want me to pay $900. I am now fighting it and I am going to get a lawyer if they don't drop all the payments. Absolutely ridiculous. The fact that my mother is a property manager in a different apartment complex and my best friend is a realtor and also my uncle is a lawyer, I already know that they are overcharging me and that they have no case for any of what they charged me for. They also have zero pictures proving that I messed up anything in the apartment. They are scam artists. Don't move here.
