The Braxton

I have lived in this community for 13 years. During this time, I've never had to worry about maintenance problems. We are fortunate to have a skilled, professional maintenance staff. If a problem should arise in my apartment, I know it will be dealt with in a timely manner. Recently, my A/C was not working properly and the temperatures were well into the 80's. Almost immediately a maintenance technician, Osvaldo, knocked at my door. He wasted no time diagnosing the problem. He even offered to bring a portable A/C unit to my apartment until he had finished the repair. I think that shows how caring the staff are about the residents. As it turns out, Osvaldo found a wire to the outside unit that had broken. He informed me immediately about what he had found and within a few minutes the cool air was blowing into my living room. In my 13 years of experience at The Braxton there's one thing I know for sure, both the management staff and the maintenance staff appreciate and care about the wellbeing of the residents. Overall my experience here was good. Over the two years I lived here we had a quite maintenance issues, but they were almost always resolved within 48 hours or less, especially during the week. I feel it's probably a little overpriced, as I only moved out because I found a house for the same price. But, that's just where the market seems to be right now, unfortunate as it is. The community was always pretty clean, and the staff were always very polite. Like I mentioned earlier the maintenance team is incredible. Aaron was always very accommodating and eager to get issues resolved quickly. Honestly the maintenance team is a big reason that I'm giving this place as many stars as I am.

It was the easiest move I've ever experienced. Nancy and Alyssa are lovely, helpful and knowledgeable! I'd give 10 stars and more if I could. I'm so happy I chose this property. I love everything about my new home.

I love this place the minute I got here. I was in love. I was first introduced with the Braxton with Alex and he was awesome. Alex is one of the reasons that right from the start. I'm choosing the Braxton. He was so helpful as well and very genuine and honest he made us feel so welcome.Then I was introduced to Nancy and she finish off my whole application process With ease, she went out of her way to make sure everything was right from the start. She's such a help. I'm grateful Braxton is a nice peaceful community and there's no perfect place but this has become the place. That's perfect to me in its own way. I love the landscape. I love the atmosphere if you're looking for a place to live, I would definitely recommend TheBraxton me and my daughter so far it's been a pleasure. Thank you, Nancy and Braxton team. especially with what I was going through me and my daughter, we were on the verge of becoming homeless, and she was determined that that was not gonna happen. we were going through a lot. Didn't have a place to go to wasn't sure if you were gonna find a place in just in the nick of time God answered our prayer and Nancy delivered. Thank you.

I had an amazing experience with The Braxton Apartments from start to finish. The community is beautiful, the location is perfect, and the whole leasing process was smooth and stress-free. Moving from New York can be overwhelming, but The Braxton team truly made the transition easy and welcoming. A special shoutout to Alex Phillips, who went above and beyond for me. He helped me from the very beginning all the way until I finally got my apartment. New Yorkers can be some of the toughest customers, but Alex handled everything with patience, professionalism, and a great attitude. He answered every question, guided me through each step, and made sure I felt confident and supported throughout the process. Alex is the kind of leasing professional every community wishes they had — knowledgeable, responsive, and genuinely caring. Because of him, choosing The Braxton was an easy decision.
