The Boulevard Apartments

The entire staff and property manager are pathetic and useless. Waited 76 days for a mailbox key and over a month to fix our kitchen sink. The only way to get someone to get off their ass and do their job is to threaten to withhold rent. Pathetic. Save yourself the headache

If I could give 0 stars I will. DO NOT MOVE INTO THIS APARTMENTS!!!! The staff is terrible and doesn’t care about you or your problems, they never answer calls or emails. I have a broken window since I moved in and they still haven’t fixed it, the ac made my power shut down for a multiple days and they didn’t want to change the ac machine or whatever. There’s bugs everywhere in the kitchen, I clean it everyday and they will come out the cabinets, the sink and even the plugs on the wall, pest control hasn’t come not even once. The rent only gets higher and higher with absurd water and trash prices. You are not allowed to break the lease unless you pay every month of rent until the lease ends. There’s dog poop all over the front and backyard alwayssss!!!! The stairs are old and missing pieces and my floor is uneven i don’t even know why, they do main check ups without a warning and would enter your house if you’re not there. Neighbors are great and nice that’s the only good thing I can say about this place. If you really think this is a good place to live you’ll regret it. Also last thing the pool smells like some animal died and you can’t enjoy the sun with that funky smell, they only care about your money and that’s it.
