Students generally appreciate the peaceful location, which feels secluded yet remains conveniently close to local amenities. Many have also highlighted positive interactions with individual staff members who are described as friendly, helpful, and professional during the initial leasing process and for certain maintenance requests. However, numerous reviews express concerns about the consistency of maintenance response times for various issues, including those impacting essential services like hot water and air conditioning, as well as general repairs and pest control.

The issue is still not resolved. They haven’t even reinstalled my hot water tank yet. I still don’t have hot water. my hot water tank is sitting in my bedroom and the pressure of water in my bathroom sink doesn’t even work enough to rinse toothpaste off my toothbrush

The smoke alarm was taken care of quickly and efficiently, so thank you for that. There is still no stair landing light, or the light on the ground floor hallway of building 305. Both are a potential safety hazard

The community was neat and clean with good environment, and Ms Brittany was nice to talk to. She showed us around and answered all of our questions.
