The Artisan Apartments

Everything was fine /okay , except for the outside hall light is out and I was not made aware of that at the outset of looking at the place. I didn’t think to ask when touring (during the daytime ), but would have hoped that staff would have informed me. It’s very dark going up and down those stairs at night and, right now, I have to use my phone flashlight whenever I go in and out at night. Not exactly the safest conditions.

Sigh…. From mold in the room, a leaking bathroom, from management charging us a penalty on our security deposit of $500 because they expected us to move in one day and not taking into consideration the rainy weather. I took less than a week to move. Besides the point…. Maintenance is very slow, you request things to be fixed and they never showed up but some how it appears on the app that the work is completed…. The bathroom oh gosh 2026 and what they do is spray paint your tub and wall and everything time you clean your bathroom the paint just keep stripping off, it’s so sad that management don’t address these problems, no wonder people keep leaving this Place, I strongly do not recommend this place especially if you have kids it’s very unsafe, my new born baby at the time got sick because mold those filthy A.C that they don’t clean and change the filters in years !!! Location is great but this place is completely RAN DOWN…

13 days ago I stopped getting hot water. I checked the water heater, which is located in my closet, and discovered that it was leaking and ruined all of my clothing that was in 3 large duffel bags on the floor. Apparently it was leaking for months and went unnoticed because my clothes and shoes started growing mold. I had to throw away about a thousand dollars worth of clothes and shoes. I created a maintenance ticket on Tuesday, February 3rd and the next day the friendly crew arrived and informed me that I would need a new water heater and they would be ordering it. I was told that it should be here by Friday the 6th or the latest Monday the 9th. I called the office on Monday to ask for an update. A woman answered the phone and rudely told me that it would be installed when it came. Fast forward to today, February 16. It has been 13 days and I still have no hot water. At what point should I start taking legal action?

I met with Amerelis in the office today and she's got such great positive energy! She was courteous helpful patient kind and professional. I've met with several properties to find my new home however all the leasing agents were so angry and hostile and unhappy I told myself I'll keep looking until I meet exactly what Amerelis represents! 👍I appreciate the visit the professionalism and I'm sold👍 This is for her Supervisor ... She's one of the reasons I'll be moving in soon !
