Summerset At International Crossing

This complex could definitely use some love, there are some hidden activities going on in the backside of it but in today's day and age there's nothing abnormal about that! I mean I did my review during nighttime and never encountered any aggressive individuals or problems. I wanted to rate this complex higher but I can see a lot of it being run down by its tenant population! People don't like to clean up as after themselves and they can take any good thing and make it a bad thing! Now honestly speaking I know summerset was never a premier location to be moving in to begin with crying about roaches and stuff breaking what about all the money that you saved living here and you didn't put away so you could get yourself a better upgrade. See these people only tell you what they want you to hear and that's the sad part about all these reviews and gags! You don't even know how many kids have to grow up in a place like this everyday!!

If I could give this place zero stars trust me I would, this place is disgusting, roach infestation, rats eating your belonging, they don’t provide services whatsoever when you go to the office to complain they pretend like they written it down but they won’t do a damn thing till you decide to leave, every single day someone’s car window get smash, loud music every weekend, this place is horrible man…LOOK ELSE WHERE!!! For real for real.

The thing about summer set back then it was bad but now it’s ok

Apartments are full of bed bugs and mice it's disgusting. And when you go report it to the office they blame it on you insisting that we were the ones who brought them.
