Tee and Cecelia were amazing from start to finish I never felt rushed Tee sat and help me setup ouc and gas and never made me feel like he didn't want to help me I am truly happy to moving into an apartment where the office staff cares so much about the people who lives here

Thanks to Donald for coming In to analyze my mildew issue that been an ongoing issue. He was very professional in showing me step by step what he was doing and through his explaining what was going on it was very clear that what explained was the issue. He went above and beyond to take extra step to issue that this issue will extremely minimized. He replaced the exhaust fan which was very loud now I can even hear it running . Thank you Donald and the tactical team for the hard work put forth to make me comfortable with this situation.

Thanks to Donald and the Tactical team for fixing my AC unit that was not giving out heat to warm our home. He was very quick , professional and polite while doing his job. And thank to Studio Parc leasing and Maintenance to for making sure this issue was corrected. Again thanks to Donald and his hard work and professionalism.

My future roommate and I have been looking for apartments for the longest time and we were very stressed out about the process. That was until we connected with Tee, everything changed. He was unbelievably patient, kind, and attentive throughout the entire application process. Tee took the time to understand what we were looking for and made sure we felt supported every step of the way. Thanks to him, we found the perfect place and finally feel excited about this next chapter. We’re so grateful for his help!!

Tee was the kindest guy! He was patient and extremely helpful. We came in looking for a 2 bed, 2 bath and, even though Studio Parc offers only 1 bedrooms, he helped us find the right place. Not to mention he is hilarious! A 10/10 guy that we are so glad to have met. A great apartment with a great special was achieved through our new bestie Tee!
