I like how helpful the office is whenever we need service. Great place to live and affordable.

We stayed at Stonewood Townhomes in Melbourne, Florida and honestly, it’s been a really good experience for us — definitely a 5-star from our side. Ms. Debbie Patterson has been amazing throughout. She’s always so helpful, easy to talk to, and genuinely cares. She made everything feel simple and comfortable from day one, which we really appreciated. Also, a big thank you to Mr. Ezee from maintenance — he’s been super quick whenever we needed anything and always gets things done properly. It gives a lot of peace of mind knowing you can rely on that. Overall, we felt very comfortable and at home here. It’s a well-kept, peaceful place, and the people managing it make all the difference. We’re really happy with our stay.
