Stadium Centre

My daughter came back from being away for the weekend and found a huge cockroach above her fridge. She called the leasing office and was told that there was no pest control on Mondays and that nobody from any department could assist her. She then found a maintenance worker outside on a Stadium Centre golf cart, explained the situation, and was told to throw a slipper at it. For the amount residents pay to live here, being told to handle a roach problem herself is ridiculous. The lack of support and professionalism is disappointing, and it's clear that resident concerns are not a priority.

Do not move into any stadium centre units. Takes work orders months to get done, management is no help, and they do everything in their power to squeeze every penny out of you. Just don’t do it and save yourself the headache.

Eddy is a great maintenance worker at stadium centre. Whenever I’ve had a problem in my apartment he has fixed it with no issues and nothing but kindness.

They never answer the phone when the fire alarm goes off constantly. There has been numerous times I am woken out of my sleep because the fire alarm has been going off for over an hour and there is no emergency line to call them

I’m now a junior and have lived in 3 different apartments in Tallahassee. This has easily been one of the worst housing experiences I’ve had, especially considering I pay around $1,400/month. The property conditions are so unkept. The trash room is always filthy and has had a serious roach problem. At one point, we were seeing roaches the size of your hand in the trash room. There has been an ongoing infestation that management has failed to properly address. Calls go unanswered, and concerns always ignored. It reached a point where we had to escalate the situation through the corporate office and involve a lawyer just to get a response, which should never be necessary for tenants paying this much in rent. Move in conditions were also terrible. My roommate found a used tampon in her shower drain while cleaning when she first moved in, which speaks to the lack of basic sanitation and turnover standards. Save urself the trouble lol and sign elsewhere
