Living in prospect row is actually the nicest student/ college apartments I have ever been in. The large counter spaces to the huge bedrooms with each room having its own balcony, gives me everything and more that I need to live not only comfortably but lavishly too.

Sydney has been a huge help with fixing all the stuff that went wrong before. She's really on top of things and actually listens when there's an issue, which is a big difference from the past managers. Plus, living here is super convenient since it's close to everything in College Town.

Horrible place to live, made the parking spot across the complex and won’t let me park anywhere else without being towed and now they say they don’t give out parking passes for guest and guess how many visitor spots there are???? About 5 visitor spots for 100s of people, this place is very poorly managed and no thought for efficiency.

My daughter was told by the property manager Alison that they needed to get an additional roommate, which they did. My daughter gets a call from Alison saying that there no room for her now that one person wanted to stay.
Why would she suggest them to get an additional person if they don’t know if someone is going to want to stay. That is not a way to run any business! I’m very disappointed with the way this mgmt company does things.
