~Update~: We had a conversation & firstly! Love Nariah!!!!! She means business honey!!! Come to find out the leasing office is AWARE of the residents being disrespectful towards the policies & hours. They definetly have cameras & etc Even told people not to do certain things, pool is closed, no loud music & ITS THE RESIDENTS!!!!!!! DISGUSTING, YALL ARE MESSING UP A GOOD COMMUNITY BECAUSE OF YOUR AGGROGANCE Im usually not the type to complain or want to cause issues. However i have been noticing some very off things with this company , area and staff. Firstly, catherine is a very unpleasant as a person. We will end that there Errick is amazing & will go above & beyond for you. Love that mannnnn to death would always work with him. More importantly errick did his best to get security. Again love him! Where i am from & my friend having a background with leasing. Usually someone on the property is locking things up or they have a secure person to come check. This place does not. Which often means teenagers coming and bringing groups, loud men, young kids near the pool -running- god forbid one doesnt know how to swim. Loud reggaetion music, dogs also running around the pool which is nasty. I understand this can be frustrating but its not hard to regulate a property- its your job & your property take care of it. Im use to luxury apartments & thats probably why i feel this definetly was not a good fit. I feel if youre deseperate to move & need a place. Sure but other than that- eh

Riley was absolutely amazing! From the moment I walked in, she made me feel welcome with her genuine smile and positive energy. Her friendliness wasn’t forced — it felt natural and sincere, which makes such a difference. Her service was top-tier. She was attentive, detail-oriented, and made sure everything was just right without being overbearing. Riley went above and beyond to ensure I had a great experience, and you can tell she truly cares about the people she serves. It’s rare to come across someone who combines professionalism with such warmth and kindness. Now Ariel. First of all, he is awesome! From start to finish, he delivered outstanding service. He was professional, attentive, and made the entire experience smooth and enjoyable. You can tell he genuinely cares about doing a great job and making sure everything is handled the right way. What really stood out was his positive attitude and confidence. He’s friendly, easy to talk to, and makes you feel comfortable right away. Ariel goes above and beyond without making it look hard — that kind of consistency is rare. Highly recommend both of them; they are both stars!

I’ve had a wonderful experience at Parks at Hunter’s Creek Apartments! From the moment I began the application process, the team was incredibly friendly, professional, and helpful. The community is clean, well‑maintained, and located in a beautiful area with plenty of conveniences nearby. Nariya and Aerial truly goes above and beyond—always welcoming, responsive, and ready to assist with anything you need. The amenities are great, the grounds are peaceful, and the overall atmosphere makes it feel like home. I’m very happy with my decision to move here and would absolutely recommend Parks at Hunter’s Creek to anyone looking for a comfortable, safe, and enjoyable place to live in Orlando!

These apartment homes are exceptionally beautiful, quite, like new and well maintained. Ariel is did an amazing job welcoming my husband and I to the neighborhood giving us an excellent, detailed tour of the property. This is definitely my top recommendation.

Serious warnings to whoever moves here & beware of the fake reviews also they are adding on google! Being here i am extremely disappointed. The pool area is repeatedly being used for numerous parties after hours, with large parties taking place. This resulted in the police being called scanning the property and chasing some of the people out. The love to drink & blast their music. This complex is now going to be citied by the city for failing to follow protocol. What's even more concerning is that children were running and screaming around the pool area well after hours. Which is not only disruptive but a safety issue we told the police and put in the report for the company. Management response an email??? As if this will change anything. What's even more interesting is the overwhelming positive reviews that does not reflect the experiences here. So we are reporting things on titkok if you want to see & please go see your actual apartment NOT THE MODEL!!!! You will be surprised how different your place might look! I feel your money can be spent somewhere else more spacious especially the extra fees they put on yout rent!!! FYI
