If I could rate this place 0 stars, it will be just that!! The roaches here are insane, they come spray water just making the infestation worse. The walls are super thin you can hear everything and I mean EVERYTHING!!! The A\C unit literally leaks water every time it goes off, they come with a vacuum thinking that’s going to solve the issue but it doesn’t. They also have this shady tow company working for them that will tow your car just for the fun of it. They have about 10 visitors parking throughout the entire complex. Just down righttrifling!! They added $75 dollar trash violation fee when the people they have hired don’t come and take my trash as they should so the raccoons come and tear the bag open leaving trash but somehow I got blamed for it which is insane!! The workers in the lease office have no regards or respect for non of the tenants here. They all TRIFLING!! Maintenance people just ride around all day on their golf carts creating illusions like they’re working whole time they are not. This is the WORST apartment complex I have ever lived in and I recommend no one to come sign a lease here!!!! It’s so much more I can say but it’ll be too much just don’t more here. Or any McKinley property. TRIFLING ONG

I can’t give a better review than a review for Donald . He came and replaced my AC unit today and he was an amazing person outside of doing a great professional job. 5 stars are 100% deserved for Donald. Thank you Donald very very much.

Staff are very nice but the place is dirty looks like the never pressure wash outside and the valet trash bin are filthy. Appliances are old and rusted, they don’t work. The carpet is old stink the move tenants without shampoo or changing the carpet. Bathroom always getting clogged, maintenance don’t clean after themselves when the come to so call fixing stuff that still doesn’t work and outside always smells like trash and sewer. If you moving to the palio which I don’t recommend to anyone, make sure you see the exact unit you will be getting before signing the lease otherwise the will throw you in a unit look like these pictures I am posting just moving in November find the place like this.

At the beginning of me, I rented an apartment here in Palio, the reviewers were very friendly and helpful, but the problem is that when we saw an apartment that even the apartment was the first to see it, it was clean and suitable to be habitable the next day, I went to make the deposit again, and when they gave me the keys, it turns out that the apartment was not the one that the employee had shown me, and I had never been taken to see the one that was assigned to me, the apartment was delivered to me without. Clean 3 broken screen 3 broken window curtains the dirty kitchen cabinets with grease and cockroaches the broken and dirty bathroom cabinet the dirty uncleaned windows the toilets of the two silt covered bathrooms and the silt covered sinks the kitchen sink with cockroaches and silt delivered the apartment without cleaning all the dirty laundry with a single door because it lacks a door the tubes of the two broken shower the dishwasher does not work, the stove oven full of fat. The corridors of these apartments need good cleaning since they are extremely dirty covered with silt and the floors full of waste from old food and the walls with water lilies and stairs are not well maintained, the abandoned dog park is not well, the pool to bathe the dirty dogs that I would never give a bathroom to my dog, there I am very disappointed with the apartments in Palio I have been living here for a month, and I have been here many times to the... Office to report the problem and they tell me tomorrow or they tell me I will write it down in the system so that they pass and I have never seen them pass through my apartment to solve the conditions that the apartment is, something else also the apartment is too plagues "cockroaches" I pay for an apartment and I do not live for free to have this apartment under the human being.
